特用玉米品种抗大斑病鉴定与评价

摘　　要：[目的]评价特用玉米杂交种对大斑病的抗性。[方法]采用人工接种鉴定方法评价了238份青贮玉米、糯玉米、甜玉米、高油玉米4个类型的特用玉米杂交种对大斑病的抗性。[结果]鉴定的238份材料中,高抗型占0.8%,抗型占20.6%,中抗型占44.1%,感型占24.8%,高感型占9.7%。不同类型品种中,抗性差异较明显,其中表现中抗及以上的品种中青贮玉米较多,占87.8%;高油玉米和糯玉米分别占73.3%和61.3%;甜玉米较少,占44.2%。通过审定的30个品种中有16个品种表现抗性,占审定总数的53.3%。[结论]为选育和种植抗大斑病玉米品种提供了理论依据。[Objective] The paper was to evaluate the resistance of particular corn hybrids against northern leaf blight.[Method] Using artificial inoculation method,the resistance of 238 copies of particular corn hybrids including silage corn,high oil corn,waxy corn and sweet corn against northern leaf blight was evaluated.[Result] The corn samples with high resistance,resistance,moderate resistance,susceptibility and high susceptibility to northern leaf blight accounted for 0.8%,20.6%,44.1%,24.8% and 9.7%,respectively.Different types of varieties had significant difference in resistance.Among corn varieties whose resistance was higher than moderate,silage corn accounted for 87.8%;high oil corn and waxy corn accounted for 73.3% and 61.3%,respectively;sweet corn was less,accounting for 44.2%.Sixteen of 30 certificated particular corn varieties showed resistance,accounting for 53.3% of total certificated varieties.[Conclusion] The paper provide theoretical basis for breeding and planting of particular corn hybrids with resistance against northern leaf blight.
