摘　　要：介绍了律师服务新农村的动力构成,即追求经济利益、履行法律援助义务和实现自身社会价值,构建了相应的动力保障机制,即国家与社会的经济支持、法律援助制度的完善、社会对律师服务新农村建设的作用认同与价值肯定。The driving forces of layers services for new rural construction were introduced,namely pursuit of economic interests,implementation of their legal obligations and achievement of the social values.The corresponding guaranteeing mechanism were put forward,including financial support of state and society,improvement of the legal aid system,recognition of the role of layers in the new rural development.
