摘　　要：结合当前农业和农村发展的实际,利用农村已有的网络基础设施,研究符合农村实际需要的、低成本的信息网络和信息集成服务技术,制定了农村农业信息化解决方案,基于SOA建立农村数字化综合信息服务平台,介绍了平台的设计和实现策略。农村数字化综合信息服务平台适合为广大农村用户、相关企业、政府部门提供实时最新的农业市场信息、技术支持和培训服务等,促进农业生产力的发展和新农村建设水平的提高。Combined with current agriculture and rural development,information network and information integrated service technology which can satisfy rural actual demand and low cost was studied by using rural existing network infrastructures.The scheme for solving rural agricultural informatization was formulated,a comprehensive information service platform based on service oriented architecture（SOA） was established,introducing the platform design and implementation of the strategy.Rural digital comprehensive information service platform is suitable for peasants,rural related enterprises,and government departments to provide real-time latest agricultural market information,technical support and training services,and promotes the development of agricultural productivity and raises the level of new rural construction.
