摘　　要：医学生临床实习是高等医学教育的重要组成部分,是医学生从学生向医生角色转变的重要阶段。临床能力是实习生的培养核心,也是衡量其培养质量高低的重要指标。根据国际医学教育最低基本要求,临床能力可以概括为3个方面:知识、态度行为和临床技能。临床技能又分为人际交流技能、操作技能和决策技能。Clinical practice of medical undergraduates,an important component of higher medical education,is a critical stage for medical students to transform their role from a student to a doctor.Clinical competence is the core of clinical medical education and an important indicator of training quality.According to the Global Minimum Essential Requirements of Medical Education,clinical competence may be generalized as follows： knowledge,attitude,and clinical skills which can be subdivided into interpersonal communication skill,manual skill and decision-making skill.
