摘  要:介绍了南方区域开展发电厂辅助服务补偿和并网运行考核的情况;阐述了考核技术支持系统的建设模式、考核补偿算法以及考核补偿参数的调整等关键技术及应用;通过对比考核补偿实施前后机组一次调频和自动发电控制(AGC)性能,显示了开展发电厂辅助服务补偿和并网运行考核对于提高电力系统安全稳定水平的重要性。This article introduces the implementation of auxiliary services compensation and grid-connected operation assessment for power plants in south China region.It focuses on some key technologies and their related application,such as the construction mode of technical support system,assessment and compensation algorithms,the adjustment of assessment and compensation parameters and so on.In addition,by comparing the performances of primary frequency regulation of generator units and the automatic generation control(AGC) before and after implementation of the assessment and compensation,the paper demonstrates the importance of auxiliary services compensation and grid-connected operation assessment for improving the security and stability of power systems.
