摘 要:目的:研究高效液相色谱法测定水样中莠去津的最佳方法。方法:用二氯甲烷萃取水样中的莠去津,浓缩,挥干,甲醇定容后用高效液相色谱仪测定。色谱条件:waters Atlantis C18柱(4.6×250 mm,4.6μm);流动相:甲醇/水(60/40);二极管阵列检测器,检测波长220 nm。结果:在0.05μg/ml~5.0μg/ml范围内有良好线性关系,r=0.9999。最低检测质量0.5 ng,样品最低检测浓度为0.0005 mg/L。相对标准差3.6%~4.2%,回收率88%~91%。结论:用该方法测定水样中的莠去津,能获得满意的结果。Objective:To establish a better HPLC method for the determination of atrazine in water.Methods: The sample was extracted by dichloromethane,condensed,then melted in methanol,and at last analyzed by HPLC.The test sample was separated by gradient elution with methanol(60%) and water(40%) on Atlantis C18 and determined by diode-array detector at wavelength of 220 nm.Results:This HPLC method exhibited a linear relation within 0.05 μg/ml^5.0 μg/ml,r=0.9999.The minimal detectable quality of this method was 0.5 ng,and the minimal detectable concentration was 0.0005 mg/L.The recoveries of the method ranged from 88% to 91%,with relative standard deviations of 3.6%~4.2%.Conclusion: This method can be used to determine atrazine in water with good results.
