摘 要:目的:研究家具企业混苯作业工人外周血DNA损伤。方法:应用流式细胞术对32名混苯接触组和30名餐饮业对照组人员外周血淋巴细胞DNA损伤进行检测。结果:混苯接触组工人外周血淋巴细胞DNA损伤率和几何平均荧光强度均高于对照组(P<0.01),而不同工龄组工人DNA损伤率和几何平均荧光强度差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:职业性混苯接触可引起人外周血淋巴细胞DNA损伤,流式细胞术γH2AX分析法是一种有应用前景的检测外周血淋巴细胞DNA损伤的方法。Objective:To study DNA damage of peripheral blood lymphocytes in workers from furniture industry occupationally exposed to mixed benzene with flow cytometry(FCM) assay.Methods: FCM was used to detect DNA damage of peripheral blood lymphocytes obtained from 32 workers exposed to mixed benzene(exposure group) and 30 food processing workers(control group).Results: DNA damage rate and geometric mean fluorescence intensity in peripheral blood lymphocytes of exposure group were significantly higher than that of control group(P0.01).There were no significant differences in the DNA damage and geometric mean fluorescence intensity among different working age groups(P0.05).Conclusion: Occupational exposure to mixed benzene induces DNA damage of peripheral blood lymphocytes.γH2AX assay with FCM will become promising method in detecting DNA damage of peripheral blood lymphocytes.
