海曙区托幼机构卫生质量监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的:了解宁波市海曙区内托幼机构卫生质量情况,为做好托幼机构内传染病的防控工作提供科学依据。方法:采用现场调查和采样检测方法,对海曙区内托幼机构卫生质量进行连续监测。结果:2008年-2010年共采集样品7350件,合格6778件,平均合格率92.21%,不同监测对象样品的合格率由高至低依次分别为使用中消毒液(99.46%)、教师及幼儿手(96.88%)、物体表面(92.59%)、饮用水(87.76%)、餐饮具表面(80.72%)、室内空气(75.96%)。秋季监测的托幼机构卫生质量合格率高于春季监测,公办托幼机构卫生质量合格率高于民办。结论:海曙区托幼机构整体卫生质量较好,卫生质量平均合格率呈逐年上升趋势,但有待进一步加强和改善。Objective：To investigate the sanitary quality and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in nurseries and kindergartens of Haishu District in Ningbo.Methods： On-site investigation and sampling examination method were used to conduct continuous monitoring of sanitary quality in nurseries and kindergartens of Haishu district.Results： From 2008 to 2010,7350 samples were collected in total,in which 6778 were qualified with the average qualified rate of 92.21%.The qualified rates of samples of different monitoring objects were disinfectants（99.46%）,hands of teachers and children（96.88%）,surface of objects（92.59%）,drinking water（87.76%）,tableware surface（80.72%） and indoor air（75.96%）.The qualified rate of monitoring in the fall was higher than that in the spring in nurseries and kindergartens.The sanitary quality of government nurseries and kindergartens was better than that of private nurseries and kindergartens.Conclusion： The overall sanitary quality of nurseries and kindergartens in Haishu District was better and the average passing rate increased year by year.But it should be further strengthened and improved.
