摘 要:日本9.0级大地震引发日本福岛核电站事故,日本核危机对全球核电发展产生重大影响。在分析日本福岛核事故原因的基础上,从技术、政治、政策、社会、心理、能源行业发展、核电发展等多个维度深入分析了日本核危机对日本国内以及世界带来的巨大影响,并着重分析了日本核危机对中国电力发展和电力供应安全的影响,提出了确保我国电力安全供应和能源可持续发展的针对性政策建议与措施,以期促使我国社会各界提高对电力及能源行业安全、可持续发展重大问题的认识。The 9.0-magnitude earthquake in Japan triggered a nuclear leakage in Fukushima nuclear power plant, causing a serious nuclear crisis in Japan, which has significant impacts on the global nuclear power development. Based on a review of the causes of Fukushima nuclear leakage accident, this paper presents an in-depth analysis of the impacts of Japan's nuclear crisis on Japan and the world in terms of technology, politics, policies, social and psychological effects, and the development of the energy sector, and especially elaborates on how the crisis influences China' s power development and energy security. In the hope to enhance awareness of energy security and sustainable development of energy in all walks of life in China, the paper finally proposes some specific policy proposals and measures to ensure the electricity supply security and the sustainable development of energy in China.
