摘  要:介绍了一种筛查饰品镍释放的定性方法,其原理基于金属镍与丁二酮肟或二硫代草酰胺反应生成特征的红色络合物。试验结果呈红色时,表明饰品表面镍释放量可能超过限量值0.5μg/(cm2.week)。讨论了镀层或涂层的影响、亚铁离子的干扰及消除,并与定量检测进行比较,方法快捷,结果可靠。A qualitative screening test method for nickel release from jewelry is introduced,based primarily on the formation of a characteristic coloured complex when nickel ions come into contact with dimethylglyoxime or dithiooxamide.Formation of a red colour,from light pink to strong cerise,indicates that the nickel release from a tested surface is likely to be greater than the limit valve 0.5 μg/(cm2·week).The influence of coatings or electroplate was discussed,the interference and elimination of ferrous ions were studied,and the comparisons with quantitative determination were performed.This method shows rapidness and credible rusults.
