摘　　要：当安踏凭借2011年上半年44．5亿元营收超越李宁后，匹克集团董事长许景南陷入了深思。许景南一度认为，李宁不仅是阻击耐克、阿迪达斯的本土领导型企业，而且还是自己最值得研究的竞争对手。但现在看来，国内行业领导者易位是个常态。匹克会是新领导者安踏的竞争者吗？During the first half of the year,PEAK’s turnover and profits have risen by 24.7% and 32% respectively,and the number of stores adds 395,which has amounted to 7619.Thiss porting goods company always based on the basketball is showing the power of industry segmentation to the opponents.If PEAK entering into the capital market later than ANTA would like to challenge the market position of ANTA it’s necessary for more far-reaching business strategies.However,whether competitions from international or domestic sports brand,it’s time for them to fight at close quarters.Any careless action may lead to defeat.
