不同疗程加味逍遥丸治疗围排卵期出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同疗程加味逍遥丸治疗围排卵期出血的临床效果,并观察其对月经周期的影响。方法:2005年5月～2007年4月对来自邯郸市3家医院的200例临床诊断为围排卵期出血的患者随机分为A组和B组。A组100例,每疗程7天;B组100例,每疗程10天。日剂量相同,均为6 g,2次/日。均于月经周期的第1天开始服用,总疗程为3个月经周期。结果:两组患者均治疗有效,A组显效率61%,有效率35%;B组显效率82%,有效率15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对月经周期的影响:A组月经延迟率6%,延迟天数3天以内,B组月经延迟率10%,延迟天数也均在3天以内,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:不同疗程加味逍遥丸对围排卵期出血均有治疗作用,且疗程对疗效有影响,但对月经周期无影响。Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of modified Xiaoyao Pill of different courses in treatment of hemorrhage during periovulation phase,observe the effect on menstrual cycle.Methods：200 patients with hemorrhage during periovulation phase from three hospitals in Handan city from May 2005 to April 2007 were divided into A group and B group randomly,100 patients in each group,7 days as a course in A group and 10 days as a course in B group.The doses in the two groups both were 6 g every day,twice a day.The patients in the two groups were treated from the first day of menstrual cycle,the total course included three menstrual cycles.Results：The treatments in the two groups both were effective,the obvious effective rate and effective rate in A group were 61% and 35%,respectively.The obvious effective rate and effective rate in B group were 82% and 15%,respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Effect on menstrual cycle： the delay rate in A group was 6%,the delay time was within 3 days;the delay rate in B group was 10%,the delay time was within 3 days,there was no significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Modified Xiaoyao Pill of different courses has curative effect for hemorrhage during periovulation phase,and different courses have different impacts on the curative effect,but they have no impact on menstrual cycle.
