摘　　要：目的:探讨建立诊断类适宜技术在基层推广应用的质量控制体系。方法:以NBAP检测技术培训应用机构的医务人员,进行现场结果判读和盲样考核。结果:现场结果判读的合格率为88.0%,盲样考核的合格率为77.1%。结论:规范培训和盲样考核是诊断类适宜技术推广应用质量控制的有效方法。Objective：To explore and establish a quality control system for diagnostic appropriate technology in rural areas.Methods：NBAP detecting technology was used to train the medical staff,and the result interpretation and blind assessment were carried out on-site.Results：The pass rates of on-site result interpretation and blind assessment were 88.0% and 77.1%,respectively.Conclusion：Standardized training and blind assessment are effective which can be widely applied for quality control of diagnostic appropriate technology.
