人工流产后应用短效避孕药对宫腔粘连的预防作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨人工流产后应用短效避孕药对宫腔粘连的预防作用。方法:选择永康市妇幼保健院385例行人工流产的患者,分为实验组(n=185)和对照组(n=200),实验组术后在一般治疗的基础上应用短效避孕药治疗,对照组行一般治疗,观察两组患者宫腔粘连率的发生情况。结果:两组患者在术后阴道流血持续时间、月经复潮时间、月经量减少等方面比较均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。实验组轻度粘连、中度粘连、重度粘连分别为7例、4例、0例,宫腔粘连的发生率为5.94%(11/185),而对照组轻度粘连、中度粘连、重度粘连分别为24例、8例、2例,发生率为17.00%(34/200),两组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:在人工流产后应用短效避孕药可以很好地预防宫腔粘连的发生,值得在临床治疗过程中重视并推广应用。Objective：To explore the preventive effect of short-acting contraceptive drugs after artificial abortion on intrauterine adhesion.Methods：385 cases after artificial abortion were selected from the hospital,and then they were divided into experimental group（185 cases） and control group（200 cases）,the cases in experimental group were treated with short-acting contraceptive drugs on the basis of routine treatment after artificial abortion,and the cases in control group were treated with routine treatment,the incidences of intrauterine adhesion in the two groups were observed.Results：There was significant difference in duration time of vaginal bleeding after artificial abortion,recovery time of menstrual cycle,the volume of decrease of menstrual flow between the two groups（P0.05）.The numbers of cases found with mild adhesion,middle adhesion and serious adhesion in experimental group were 7,4 and 0,respectively,the incidence of intrauterine adhesion was 5.94%（11/185）;while in control group,the numbers of cases found with mild adhesion,middle adhesion and serious adhesion were 24,8 and 2,respectively,the incidence of intrauterine adhesion was 17.00%（34/200）,there was significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Short-acting contraceptive drugs after artificial abortion can prevent the occurrence of intrauterine adhesion,which is worthy to be paid more attention to and be popularized in clinic.
