内痔套扎注射外痔切除肛门整形缝合术治疗重度环状混合痔

摘　　要：为探寻一种痛苦小、愈合快、费用低，适合基层医院治疗重度环状混合痔的新方法，将600例环状混合痔患者随机分为两组。治疗组400例，采用内痔套扎注射、外痔切除、肛门整形缝合术治疗；对照组200例，采用分段齿形内扎外剥术治疗。结果表明，治疗组在术后治愈时间、术后疼痛、并发症及后遗症等方面优于对照组（P〈0．05）。The objective of this study was to search for a novel therapy for severe circumferential mixed hemorrhoids, which is of less pain, faster recovery, lower cost, and suitable to basic hospital. The 600 patients with this disease were divided into two groups：treatment group and control group. Treatment group （ n =400） received rubber band ligation,injection for internal hemorrhoids, resecting external hemorrhoids and performing anal plasty ＆ suturecontrol group received segmental dental-like external dissection ＆ internal ligation procedure. Results show that in postoperative curative time,pain, complication and sequela, etc treatment group was all superior to control group（ P 〈0.05）.
