手术治疗复杂性肛瘘106例临床观察

摘　　要：为观察手术治疗复杂性肛瘘的疗效，针对一个内口的复杂性肛瘘，采用狭长U形切口处理内口和主管，再根据具体情况处理支管，治疗复杂性肛瘘106例，结果治愈率100％，无并发症。随访1～6年，复发3例，复发率2．8％。结果表明，该方法治疗复杂性肛瘘，愈合快，瘢痕小，对肛门功能影响小。The objective of this study was to investigate the therapeutic effect of operation for complex anal fistula. For the complex fistula with one internal opening the procedure included at first managing internal opening and main tract via narrow-long U-shaped incision, then managing branch tract according to concrete condition. As results, 106 cases were treated totally, the curative rate was 100%, no complication was found;the follow-up of 1 to 6 yr. found that 3 cases had recurrence,recurrence rate was 2.8%（3/106）. Results show that above-mentioned procedure is of faster healing,less scar,and mild influence on anal function.
