摘　　要：目的探讨超范围经营药品法律处理难题,探索协调相关法规规定的思路,为相关法规的修订提供参考。方法探索性逻辑分析和法条分析。结果与结论超范围经营药品的法律处理不是非此即彼的法规选择问题,而是需要协调相关法规的规定,对相关法规进行协调修订。Objective To clarify the issue of operations beyond licensed scope of drugs,try to find a way to coordinate related regulations and provide references for the amendment of these regulations.Methods Exploratory analysis and article analysis were used.Results and Conclusion The dealing of operations beyond licensed scope of drugs is not a matter of selection of regulations.Only if the related laws and regulations are coordinate or be amended coordinate can this problem be solved.
