摘 要:通过钡盐沉积改性制备改性硅藻土,并将其应用于吸附模拟废水中Pb2+,分析了钡盐浓度、pH、改性硅藻土投加量、水样中Pb2+初始浓度以及振荡时间对改性硅藻土吸附Pb2+的影响,并对硅藻土的沉降性能和改性机制进行了初步的探讨。结果表明,选择0.20mol/L钡盐改性硅藻土,在pH为7.0、投加量为2g、水样中Pb2+初始质量浓度为200mg/L、振荡1h后,模拟废水中Pb2+浓度符合《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)第一类污染物最高允许排放浓度标准。沉降性能测定表明,随着钡盐浓度的增加,得到的改性硅藻土沉降性能越好;且与硅藻土相比,模拟废水澄清时间显著减少。The diatomite was surface modified by BaSO4 sedimentation,and the obtained modified diatomite was applied for removal of Pb2+ from simulated wastewater.The batch experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of barium salt concentration,pH,adsorbent dosage,initial Pb2+ concentration and shaking time on Pb2+ adsorption.Finally,the sedimentation performance of modified diatomite and the modification mechanism were discussed.Results showed that the diatomite modified in barium salt solution of 0.20 mol/L achieved the maximum Pb2+ adsorption capacity.Appling 2 g of this modified diatomite for adsorption the Pb2+ in simulated wastewater,when the initial Pb2+ concentration was 200 mg/L,pH was at 7.0 and shaking time was 1 h,the effluent Pb2+ concentration could met the maximum permissible emission concentrations of integrated wastewater discharge standard.Sedimentation detection showed that sedimentation performance of modified diatomite was getting better when increasing the concentration of barium salt.Compared with the original diatomite,the clarification time of modified diatomite was significantly reduced.
