摘　　要：本文探讨中美农产品加工业各部门产业内贸易的发展状况及原因。得出中美农产品加工业贸易以产业间贸易为主的结论,农副食品加工业、饮料制造业和造纸及制品业呈现出显著的产业内贸易特征。文章最后提出了相应的政策建议。This paper calculates and analyzes the index of GL and marginal intra-industrial trade on the intra-industrial trade in ago-product processing industry between China and America based on the 2002-2009 data, and makes the conclusions that inter-industry trade is the main pattern of the agro-product process- ing trade structure between China and America, and agricultural food processing, beverage and paper products manufacturing show significant features of intra-industry trade. In addition, some policy advices are presented in this paper.
