摘 要:采用预乳化半连续法结合单体后滴加聚合工艺,制备丙烯酸酯/纳米SiO2复合弹性乳液。考察了聚合工艺、引发剂用量、软硬单体比例、纳米SiO2的引入方式及用量、交联单体用量等因素对乳液性能的影响。结果表明,当引发剂的质量百分数为0.2%、软硬单体质量比为2.6∶1.0、纳米SiO2质量百分数为0.5%、交联单体质量百分数为1.2%时,合成的丙烯酸酯/纳米SiO2复合弹性乳液聚合稳定性好,无凝胶生成,拉伸强度为1.77 MPa,断裂伸长率为509.3%,综合性能良好。The elastic acrylate/nano-SiO2 composite latex was synthesized by the polymerization process of adding monomer combined with semi-continuous pre-emulsification method. The effects of polymerization methods,the initiator amount,the soft/hard monomer ratio,the introducing method and amount of nano-SiO2,eross-linking monomer etc. On the performance of emulsions and coating films were investigated. The results showed that, the properties of elastic acrylate/nano-SiO2 composite latex was optimal when the mass percent of initiator was 0.2%, ratio of soft to hard monomer was 2.6:1.0, mass percent of nano-SiO2,was 0.5% and that of cross-linking monomer was 1.2%. There was no formation of gel,the tensile strength was 1.77 MPa, elongation at break was 509.3%, so the overall performance ,was good.
