摘 要:以纳米掺锑二氧化锡(ATO)为功能填料、水性聚氨酯(WPU)为成膜物质,通过热固化制备了以PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)为基材的窗膜材料。采用自制隔热测试装置、紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计对窗膜性能进行表征,并通过纵坐标加权法对窗膜反射及透射的能量进行计算。性能研究表明:纳米ATO/WPU窗膜的可见光透射比高、隔热性能显著,且隔热性能随ATO含量的增大而提高;当m(ATO浆料)∶m(WPU)=1∶3时,经窗膜阻隔的测试箱内温度较对比样低4.4℃,可见光透射比达79.9%;能量计算表明,其隔热性能源于分散在其中的纳米ATO对太阳辐射的吸收,而非反射。PET window films were prepared using antimony doped tin oxide (ATO) nano-particles as functional fillers and water-based polyuretkane(WPU) as film-forming substance. The films were characterized by heat insulation testing set,Uv-Vis-Nir spectrophotometer, and the total solar energy transmittance and reflectance were obtained by weighted ordinates. Performance study show that the visible light transmittance of nano-ATO/WPU window film was high and its thermal performance was significant,and insulation performance improved with the increase of ATO content. When m(ATO slurry) :m (WPU) was 1:3,the temperature in the test box isolated by the film was 4.4℃ lower than the sample,and its visible light transmittance reached 79.9%. Energy calculation showed that: the absorption of solar radiation has resulted in the heat insulation.
