摘　　要：介绍了滨州学院图书馆特色专题数据库的建设情况,分析了滨州学院图书馆特色专题数据库的著作权及其建设中涉及的著作权法律问题,探讨了滨州学院图书馆特色专题数据库著作权的保护与限制。This paper introduces the construction situation of the special subject database in the library of Binzhou University, analyzes the copyright of the special subject database in the library of Binzhou University and some legal issues of the copyright involved in the construction of the special subject database, and probes into the protection and limitation of the copyright of the special subject database in the library of Binzhou University.
