摘  要:高校图书馆应借创先争优活动东风,突出服务特色、加强技术与理论学习、心系读者,努力为学校教学与科研服务。探讨了如何把高校图书馆创先争优活动和读者服务结合起来,更好地服务读者。University library should take advantages of the campaign of creating advanced basic -level party organization and becoming the outstanding communist party member, emphasize its service characteristics, strengthen the technological and theoretical study, take care of readers, and work hard for serving the teaching and scientific research of university. This paper probes into how to combine university library’s reader service with the campaign of creating advanced basic -level party organization and becoming the outstanding communist party member and serve better the readers.
