摘　　要：阐述了市场经济发展形势下科技期刊编辑部加强服务意识的必要性,指出只有对作者和读者提供全方位的服务,才能不断提升科技期刊的整体水平,为打造精品期刊奠定基础。This paper expounds the necessity of strengthening the service consciousness of editorial board of sci-tech journal, and points out that only providing omni-directional service for authors and readers can continuously improve the whole level of sci-tech journal and lay the foundation for creating the fine journal.
