摘　　要：“中国已落入了‘坏的贸易’陷阱，1993年以来特别是加入WTO后，我们深陷‘进口高端产品并出口低端产品’和‘出口实物产品换取美元纸片’的‘坏的贸易’之中，这是一条通向贫困和依附型经济的道路。”中国人民大学经济学院一位教授愤怒地说，“为了保护民族产业和国内市场，我们应不惜以退出WTO为筹码对世贸条约重新进行谈判，并考虑退出WTO的战略问题。”Since first entering the WTO ten years ago,China has been trying to strike a balance between free and fair trade. On November 10th U.S.Secretary of State Hillary Clinton addressed a crowd in Honolulu saying that China must allow its currency to appreciate more rapidly and end measures that disadvantage or pirate foreign intellectual property. This reproach from outside gives us cause to think,meanwhile the voices of anger coming from within China remind us of the pain the country is experiencing.As one professor of economics at Renmin University professed angrily,'Over the past ten years,China has fallen into the trap of 'bad trade'.Things became especially worse after entering the WTO,we have fallen into a position where we are importing expensive high end products but only exporting cheap low end products,as well as exporting products only to receive U.S.cash in exchange.This is a path that will only lead to a poor and dependent economy.' Trade means more than selling soybeans and aircraft,trade is something that encompasses aspects all the way down to how a company runs its business,how market reform is carried out and the means by which a government runs itself.
