摘　　要：大型冲压件的拉深是覆盖件极其重要的成形工序,因此要提高覆盖件的质量就必须保证拉深模的质量。本文根据某型汽车覆盖件——前板拉深模凹模模型,合理选择机床的型号,确定定位基准和夹紧方式及夹具,设计加工顺序和进给路线,选择合适的刀具和确定切削用量,最后编写出加工工艺卡片。Large stamping drawing is extremely important panels forming processes, and therefore it is necessary to ensure the quality of the drawing die to improve the quality of covering parts. Based on a certain type of automobile parts - the front panel drawing die die model, select the machine model to determine the positioning and clamping and fixture base, design the processing sequence and feeding line, select the appropriate cutting tool and determine cutting dose, and finally write processing card.
