摘　　要：图书馆读者权益保护是图书馆管理中的核心问题之一。对高校图书馆读者权益的内容、依据和维权现状进行了分析,提出保护读者权益、构建图书馆和读者和谐关系的几点对策。The protection of library readers＇ rights and interests is one of the core problems in library management.This paper analyzes the contents and bases of readers＇ rights and interests and the present situation of the protection of readers＇ rights in university library,and puts forward some countermeasures for protecting readers＇ rights and interests and constructing the harmonious relationship between library and readers.
