文化部类:地方志书必须着力打造的亮点

摘　　要：第二轮志书文化部类内容上缺项较多、归属不当,记述上缺乏深度与广度的把握,以事系人缺乏丰富性与多样性等诸多问题,建议记述好文化体制改革以及文化部类的新兴内容,着力体现时代性;记述好地域文化及其相关研究等内容和文化方面共性事物的地方化过程及其相关表现等内容,着力体现地方性;精心设计篇目,准确记述内容,着力体现科学性;注重结构与体裁的创新,着力体现新颖性;注意记述存在的问题,着力体现客观性,让亮点真正亮起来。There are problems with the cultural category of second-round local records such as too many missing items in terms of content, inappropriate categorization, lack of grasp on the depth and breadth of recordings, and lack of richness and variety in accounts of persons through events. This author suggests that cultural structural reform and newly emerged contents in the cultural category should be well recorded to reflect characteristics in keeping with the times; that contents about local culture and related studies and about the localization process of cultural commonalities and its display should be well recorded to reflect local characteristics; that the chapter headings should be carefully designed and contents accurately recorded to reflect scientific nature; that innovations with structure and styles should be emphasized to reflect originality; and problems with recording should be noted to reflect objectivity so that the bright spot can be truly highlighted.
