摘  要:2010年3~11月间,安徽省部分规模养鸭场流行以产蛋下降和死亡为特征的急性、热性鸭传染病,主要感染成年种鸭或蛋鸭,病理变化则以心肌出血、卵巢肿大、出血和坏死为特征。通过鸡胚接种、传代培养和RT-PCR鉴定,从发病鸭体内分离1株黄病毒。对其NS1基因扩增并测序,发现其与坦布苏病毒亲缘关系非常近,核苷酸同源性达94.2%。动物回归试验结果表明:该病毒能引起蛋鸭产蛋下降和卵巢病变。证明鸭黄病毒在我国对鸭的高度致病性,并开始在规模鸭场蔓延和流行,应当引起有关部门和兽医工作者的高度重视。During March to November of 2010,a kind of duck disease,which was characterized by egg drop and death syndrome,occurred in large-scale duck farms in Anhui province.A strain of flavivirus was isolated by chicken embryo inoculation and RT-PCR from the infected ducks,which experienced the gross lesions with myocardial hemorrhage,ovarian enlargement and necrosis.Animal regression experiment was conducted for identification of pathogenicity of virus isolate.The results suggested that this disease was caused by a new duck flavivirus that was closely related to Tembusu virus,which shared 94.2% sequence homology at NS1 nucleotide level.This study further confirmed that duck flavivirus was highly pathogenic to duck in China and began to spread in large scale duck farms,and it is necessary to attach great importance to duck flavivirus infection.
