摘 要:应用蚜量比值法测定8个黄瓜品种对瓜蚜的抗性,通过黄瓜品种对蚜虫寄主选择性和种群增长影响的研究,分析黄瓜品种对蚜虫的抗性机制。结果表明:不同品种黄瓜对瓜蚜的生长发育、存活率和产蚜量有明显的影响,在供试的8个品种中,若蚜发育历期在品种37上最短(5.0d),品种46上最长(8.4d);若蚜存活率在品种37上最高(58.56%),品种41上最低(28.28%);蚜虫产蚜量在品种47上最大(27.4头),品种48上最小(14.2头)。对供试的8个品种上瓜蚜种群趋势指数分析表明,品种47的种群趋势指数最大(9.75),品种34的种群趋势指数最小(5.54)。The effect of different varieties of cucumbers on the growth and development of Aphis gossypii was studied.The population trend index method was applied to evaluate different varieties of cucumbers impact on aphid populations,and the degree of resistance of different varieties was preliminarily identified.The results showed that different varieties of cucumbers had significant impact on the growth of aphids,aphid survival and fecundity.The development duration of nymphs on variety 37 was 5.0 d,while that of variety 46 was 8.4 d;The survival rate on variety 37 and variety 41 was 58.56% and 28.28%,respectively.The fecundity on variety 47 was 1.9 times that of variety 48.Aphids on variety 47 had the largest population trend index(9.75),while the population trend index was minimum on variety 34(5.54).
