摘　　要：目的观察电针加耳穴治疗单纯性肥胖症(simple obesity)的临床疗效,并通过MRI对患者腹壁皮下脂肪含量(SA)和腹腔内脏器脂肪含量(VA)的改变进行监测,从而探讨MRI在单纯性肥胖症治疗过程当中的应用价值。方法将150例患者数字随机法分为3组:治疗组(电针+耳穴组)、对照组1(电针组)和对照组2(耳穴组)各50例。3个疗程后,观察患者治疗前后体重指数(BMI)、SA及VA的改变。结果总有效率治疗组为86.96%,对照组1为65.91%,对照组2为67.44%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前后3组患者BMI、VA及SA比较,差异均有显着性意义(P<0.05),其中治疗组降低幅度明显大于对照组,有显着性差异(P<0.01),而对照组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论电针加耳穴治疗单纯性肥胖症的疗效显着,并且把磁共振引入到减肥疗效的评价体系,具有重要的临床和科研意义。Objective To observe the clinial effects of Simple Obesity in Acupuncture plus Auricular point treatment,and then MRI measurethe change of abdominal subcutaneous adipose area（SA） and visceral adipose area（VA） in patients,to explore the value of MRI measurement in the treatment of Simple Obesity.Methods 150 patients were selected from the Department of Acup-Mox.Subjects were randomly divided into 3 groups：the electro-acupuncture and Auricular point group（treatment group,n=50）,the electro-acupuncture group（control group 1,n=50） and the Auricular point group（control group 2,n=50）.After the three treatment,to observe the changes of BMI,SA and VA,which before and after the each treatment in patients of the Simple Obesity.Results The effective rate in the treatment group up to 86.96%,higher than 65.91% in control group 1and 67.44% in control group 2（P0.05）.On the index of MRI,there were remarkable reduces in levels of the VA and SA in the 3 groups（P0.01）,the VA and SA of the treatment group is decrease obviously than the other two groups（P0.05）,but there were no remarkable differences in VA and SA between the control group 1 and control group 2（P0.05）.Conclusion The Acupuncture plus Auricular point has certain curative effect on Simple Obesity.And there are important significance in Clinical and scientific research,because the MRI is take into the evaluation system in Curative effect 0f Lose weight.
