精神科医生与综合医院的医生职业倦怠分析

摘　　要：目的了解精神专科医院与综合医院的医生职业倦怠现状,为医院管理提供重要参考。方法采用MBI-HSS问卷对两家医院的160名医生进行调查。结果分别有70.9%和74.3%的人有中度及以上情绪衰竭和情感淡漠,58.4%的人成就感低落,精神科医生较其他综合医院的医生在情绪衰竭、情感疏远、低成就感方面较严重(P<0.01);女医生在情绪衰竭方面较男医生为重(P<0.01);学历较高的医生情感衰竭、低成就感分数更高(P<0.05)。结论精神专科医院的医生与综合医院的医生职业倦怠有显著区别,尤其应重点关注女医生和学历高的医生倦怠感。Objective To investigate the characteristics of occupational burnout of psychiatrist and doctors in general hospital,to provide important reference for hospital management.Methods 160 doctors were assessed by MBI-HSS.Results There are 70.9 percent of cases who have emotion exhaustion,74.3 percent of cases short of human interest,and 58.4 percent of cases lack senses of achievement.There is a significate difference in gender and educational background.Conclusion Occupational burnout of psychiatrists is serious,especially,more attention should be paidto female and higher level education.
