摘　　要：目的观察本体感觉反射疗法对神经根型颈椎病(CSR)的临床疗效,为中医手法规范化提供依据。方法将入选的94例患者随机分为本体感觉反射疗法组(试验组)及澳式手法组(对照组)进行治疗,1次/d,15 min/次,3 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后评价疗效,以颈椎关节活动度、视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、压力测痛数值、颈椎病症状分级为主要指标确定手法治疗的疗效。结果各观察指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),提示两种治疗方法疗效相当。结论通过与国际标准化澳式手法临床效果的比较,初步分析本体感觉反射疗法有一定的临床意义。Objective To study the clinical effect on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with proprioc eptive sensibility reflexotherapy and provide a basis for standardized study of Chinese medicine treatment.Methods 94 patients with cerv i cal spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly assigned into two groups,45 patient s were treated with proprioceptive sensibility reflexotherapy and 49 patients we re treated with Maitland manipulation.All the patients were treated once a day w ith 15 minutes,3 days for a course.Therapeutic evaluation was made after 2 cou r ses.The curative effect was evaluated with the range of motion（ROM）,the visua l analog scale（VAS）,pressure measuring pain numerical value and the symptom gra ding of cervical spondylosis.Results There was no statis t ically significant differences between two groups in all indicators. C onclusions The proprioceptive sensibility reflexotherapy is effect o n cervical spondylotic radiculopathy compare with maitland manipulation.The sta ndardized study has clinical significance.
