老年代谢综合征患者趾臂指数与Th17细胞及相关细胞因子的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨老年代谢综合征患者趾臂指数(TBI)与Th17细胞及其与细胞因子白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的相关性。方法依据2004年中国糖尿病学会(CDS)提出的标准入选161例代谢综合征患者,应用全自动动脉硬化测定仪VP-1000测定患者的TGBI,将患者分为TBI正常组和TBI降低组。采用流式细胞检测技术检测患者外周血中Th17细胞水平,并采用ELISA法检测所有高血压患者的血清IL-17、IL-6及TNF-α浓度水平。结果 TBI降低组外周血Th17细胞比例明显高于TBI正常组(t=7.116,P<0.01)。TBI降低组Th17细胞因子IL-17、IL-6及TNF-α血清浓度较TBI正常组显著升高(P<0.01)。相关及回归分析显示,TBI与外周血Th17细胞比例、血清IL-17、IL-6及TNF-α血清浓度水平呈负相关(r=-0.443、-0.485、-0.348及-0.429,均P<0.001),Th17细胞比例、IL-17、IL-6、TNF-α血清浓度水平是影响baPWV的主要因素。结论老年代谢综合征患者TBI与Th17细胞及其细胞因子相关。Objective To investigate the correlations b etween toe brachial index （TBI） and Th17 cells and Th17-associated cytokines in old metabolic syndrome pa tients. Methods According to the standard of metabolic syndrome p resented by Chin ese Diabetes Society in 2004,161 metabolic syndrome patients were eligible recr uited.TBI was observed using VP-1000 automatic atherosclerosis analyzer,and th en the patients were divided into normal TBI group and lower TBI group,respecti vely.Frequencies of peripheral blood Th17 cells were detected using flow cytom etry.And ELISA was used to test serum IL-17,IL-6 and TNF-α. Results The freque ncy of peripheral blood Th17 cells in lower TBI group was higher than that in no rmal TBI group（t= 7.116,P 0.01）.Levels of serum IL-17,IL-6 and TN F-α in lo wer TBI group were elevated than those in normal TBI group（P0.01）.Th17 cells frequency,IL-17,IL-6 and TNF-α were negatively correlated with TBI（r=-0.443,-0.485,-0.348 and-0.429,P 0.001）.Multiple linear regre ssion analysis showed that Th17 cells frequency,IL-17,IL-6 and TNF-α were risk factors of TBI. Conclusions TBI is associated with Th17 cells and Th17-a ssociated cytokines in old metabolic syndrome patients.
