口服L-精氨酸和瓜氨酸对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究口服L-精氨酸和瓜氨酸对慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者内皮功能的影响。方法用光电体积描记术记录30名确诊病人食指脉搏波。测定口服L-精氨酸和瓜氨酸试验前后静息状态下脉搏波和缺血后每30秒时间段的最大脉搏波时长、总时长以及两者之间的比值。结果两组受试者试验前脉搏波无明显差异。口服氨基酸后,每30秒时间段的最大脉搏波时长/总时长比值较试验前均有显著差异。结论口服L-精氨酸和瓜氨酸有助于改善内皮功能,减低血压和肺动脉收缩压,辅助治疗CHF。Objective To study effect of L-arginine an d citrulline on endothelial function in patients with chronic congestive heart f ailure. Methods 30 sub jects confirmed diagnosis of chronic congestive heart failure were recorded inde x finger pulse wave by photoplethysmography.Then the data about basal and each 30 s intervals by maximum amplitude time,total time and the ratio of the two be fore and after the administration of L-arginine or citrulline for two months we re measured. Results There were no statistically significant differenc es in the basal data between the two groups before the administration of L-arginine or ci t rulline.However,after the administration,the ratio of maximum amplitude time /total time was significantly lower than basal data. Conclusions There is an adv antageous influence on endothelial function by taking L-arginine and citrulline orally.It may reduce blood pressure and improve pulmonary hemodynamics in favo r of the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure.
