摘　　要：目的评价PROSIMA盆底修复系统治疗中度盆腔脏器脱垂的临床效果。方法中度盆腔脏器脱垂患者30例,行PROSIMA系统的盆底重建术。根据POP-Q分度及PFIQ-7问卷分析术后6个月内的临床效果。结果 POP-Q评估:30例患者均治愈。2例(6.67%)发生网片暴露。术后21d取出阴道支撑装置,阴道分泌物培养大肠埃希菌阳性6例,光滑假丝酵母菌阳性1例,奇异变形杆菌阳性1例。术后性生活满意。结论 PROSIMA盆底修复系统是治疗中度盆腔脏器脱垂的安全、有效及微创术式;但术后阴道感染是一个值得注意的问题。Objective To evaluate the outcomes of treating moderate pelvic organ prolapse with PROSIMA pelvic floor repaire system. Methods Reconstruction of pelvic floor was performed using PROSIMA pelvic floor repair system in 30 patients with moderate pelvic organ prolapse.The outcomes were evaluated by POP-Q and PFIQ-7 in 6 months after operation. Results According to POP-Q,30 patients were cured.Vaginal mesh erosion was discovered in two patients（6.67%） during postoperative follow-up.The VSD was taken out on the 21st day after operation and vaginal secretions cultures showed Escherichia coli positive in 6 cases,smooth Candida positive in 1 case,and Proteus mirabilis positive in 1 case. Sexual life was satisfactory after surgery. Conclusion Reconstruction of pelvic floor with PROSIMA pelvic floor repair system is safe and effective in the patients with moderate pelvic organ prolapse,but vaginal infection is worthy of attention.
