摘　　要：本文在阐述海军医院建设发展面临的新形势和分析海军医院建设发展现状基础上,从解放思想、践行使命、加大投入、系统高效等方面,对海军医院的理念更新、使命任务、学科人才、科学管理提出针对性措施。The article analyzed the new situation faced by the navy hospital and its development status.The author put forward some suggestions on the following aspects to promote the development of the navy hospital,which included renewing ideas,practicing the missions,enlarging the input of discipline construction and scientific management.
