摘  要:基于单道次热模拟试验,绘制了09CuPTiRe钢完整的高温流变曲线,建立了09CuPTiRe钢的双曲正弦本构方程,确定了09CuPTiRe钢的再结晶图及动态再结晶软化率。结果表明:流变曲线计算值与实验值吻合良好;实验变形条件下,应变速率对09CuPTiRe钢的动态再结晶起主要作用,动态再结晶软化率与变形温度、应变速率满足线性关系。Based on hot compression test,the complete and continuous flow curves were established.Hyperbolic sine constitutive equation,diagrams of dynamic recrystallization and dynamic softening rate were obtained.The results show that the calculated flow stress curves agree well with experimental results.Under experimental deformation condition,the strain rate plays a major role in the dynamic recrystallization,and dynamic softening rate has a linear relationship with deformation temperature and strain rate,respectively.
