摘　　要：本文从特勤人员疗养需要入手,分析特勤人员疗养面临的形势和现状,提出特勤人员疗养的必要性。认为特勤人员必须有计划地安排健康疗养,达到消除疲劳、恢复体能,维护健康,巩固和提高部队战斗力的目的。疗养院应加强特勤疗养的建设和研究,积极探索特勤疗养管理的新模式,为特勤疗养建设和改革提供理论支持。Starting with the recuperation requirements of special service personnel,the article introduced the recuperate necessity for special service personnel with analysis on the recuperation situation.In order to overcome exhaustion,restore physical strength,enhance health,solidify and boost combat effectiveness,the author proposed that special service personnel must participate in planned convalescence.The sanatorium should strengthen the construction and research of the special service convalescences,explore new management pattern for the special service personnel,and put forward theoretical foundations for the construction and the reform for the convalescence of special service personnel.
