摘　　要：目的分析临床路径试点实施中的问题,为改善试点工作提出参考建议。方法小结临床路径试点工作中出现的问题,剖析实施过程中产生的困惑与认识误区。结果有针对性地提出见解和解决办法。结论临床路径试点工作对促进医药卫生体制改革具有积极而深远的影响。Objective Analyzing the problems in the pilot implementation of clinical pathway,to provide some references for the pilot work.Methods Summarizing problems in pilot implementation process,and analyzing the confusion and misunderstanding.Results Putting forward some ideas and solutions.Conclusions The clinical pathway pilot is positive and far-reaching to medical system reform.
