摘  要:使用3 kW矩形连续波CO2激光器,在Q235钢表面制备原位自生VC-Cr7C3复相陶瓷增强铁基复合涂层。利用扫描电镜、电子能谱和X射线衍射仪研究了涂层的显微组织,并对其硬度进行了测试。结果表明:涂层中原位合成了VC-Cr7C3复相陶瓷颗粒;从涂层底部到顶部,颗粒相的含量逐步增加;颗粒尺寸为3~7μm,且无明显团聚形象。涂层的平均硬度高达1050 HV,明显高于基体平均硬度,其硬度提高主要是由于涂层中高硬度VC-Cr7C3复相陶瓷颗粒相的形成。In-situ synthesized VC-Cr7C3 complex phases ceramics reinforced Fe-based composite coating on steel Q235 substrate was fabricated using a 3 kW rectangular continuous wave CO2 laser.The microstructure of the cladding coating was investigated by SEM,EDS and XRD.The hardness test of the coating was also accomplished.The results show that the VC-Cr7C3 composite ceramic particles are in-situ synthesized in the coating;the content of these particles gradually increases from the bottom to the top of the coating;particle size is 3~7 μm and no obvious agglomeration is observed.Average hardness of the coating up to 1050 HV,it is significantly higher than that of the matrix.The hardness of the coating is improved due to the formation of high hardness VC-Cr7C3 particles in the coating.
