摘 要:研究了"零保温"淬火对20SiMn2MoV钢冲击性能的影响。实验表明,常规热处理制度下,20SiMn2MoV钢的低温冲击韧度不满足API-8C标准,而"零保温"淬火温度为910~950℃时,其冲击韧度及拉伸性能均满足标准要求。"零保温"淬火温度为870~950℃时,随淬火温度的升高,20SiMn2MoV钢试样的冲击韧度逐渐升高;与常规的热处理工艺相比,"零保温"淬火试样的晶粒度要高出一个等级,这是材料具有优良强韧性的主要原因。The effects of "zero time holding" quenching on impact property of 20SiMn2MoV steel were studied.The results show that the impact toughness of traditional heat treatment samples does not reach API-8C standards.However,when "zero time holding" quenhing temperature between 910 ℃ and 950 ℃,the impact toughness and tensile properties are up to the API-8C standards.When the "zero time holding" quenching temperature is in the range of 870 ℃~950 ℃,the impact toughness of the samples increases with the increase of quenching temperature.Meanwhile,the grain size can also be promoted one level by the technique comparing with the traditional heat treatment,which is the critical factor for better strength and toughness of the steel.
