摘　　要：目的提高对乳腺癌X线征象的认识。方法对30例经手术病理证实的乳腺癌X线表现作回顾性分析。结果 30例乳腺癌患者中,肿块24例,占80%;恶性钙化18例,占60%;局部浸润4例,占13.3%。结论钼靶X线机摄影对诊断乳腺癌具有重要的价值。Objective To improve the recognition level of the imaging features of the breast cancer on mammogram by molybdenum target radiography.Methods Molybdenum target radiography of 30 cases with breast cancer confirmed by operation and pathology were reviewed.Results In the 30 patients with breast cancer,the following abnormal signs were found in mammograms：24patients have mass,80%（24/30）;malignant calcificationwere found in 18 patients 60%（18/30）,and local infiltration in 4 patients 13.3%（4/30）.Conclusion Mammography with molybdenum target have important values in diagnosis of breast cancer.
