摘　　要：目的:探讨聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术后导致弥漫性异物肉芽肿的原因及处理方法。方法:采用乳房下皱襞切口,行聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶取出并切除乳腺组织。结果:术后切口I期愈合,疼痛症状消失,随访1年,恢复良好,患者满意。结论:对于聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射术后导致弥漫性异物肉芽肿的处理,在MRI的引导下,彻底切取异物及肉芽肿才能达到根本的治愈。Objective To investigate the reason and treatment of Diffuse foreign body granuloma caused by polyacylamide hydrogel injection for breast augmentation.Methods An incision on infra mammary plica was maken to carry out mastectomy.Results The wound healed on the fine stage,and a pian disappeared.The 0ne year follow-up result showed that the patient totally recoverned and felt satisfactory.Conclusion To reach radically cure diffuse foreign body granuloma caused by polyacylamide hydrogel injection for breast augmentation,the foreign body granuloma might be excised thoroughly under MRI examination guidance.
