改良扁平疣种植术联合阿达帕林凝胶外用治疗扁平疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察改良扁平疣种植术联合阿达帕林凝胶外用治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法:治疗组52例,应用改良扁平疣种植术联合阿达帕林凝胶外涂进行治疗,每晚一次;对照组41例,仅选择外用阿达帕林凝胶进行治疗,每晚一次,涂于皮损处。两组均要求每月随访1次,连用3个月后评价疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈率53.85%,总显效率78.85%;对照组痊愈率31.71%,总显效率53.66%。两组在痊愈率及总显效率上存在显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组。结论:应用改良扁平疣种植术联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗扁平疣,方法简便、疗效肯定,且副作用轻微,不失为治疗扁平疣的较好方法之一。Objective To observe the modified flat wart implant joint adapalene gel for topical treatment of warts Clinical efficacy.Methods 52 patients treated using a modified flat wart implant coated with the Joint United adapalene gel treatment,night time;control group selected topical adapalene gel treatment,night time,applied to the lesions at.Both groups were asked follow-up once a month,once every three months were evaluated.Results The cure rate of 53.85%,markedly effective rate 78.85%;the control group cure rate of 31.71%,total effective rate 53.66%.The two groups in cure rate and total effective rate,there was significant difference in the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion Modified Flat Wart implant joint adapalene gel treatment of flat warts,the method is simple,more effective,and side effects are mild and may well be a better method of treatment of flat warts.
