摘 要:目的便捷、有效的建立高精度的上颌第一恒磨牙的有限元模型。方法通过Micro-CT仪器扫描获取离体牙断层影像,由Mimics 10.01软件获得轮廓线点云,结合Goemagic Studio10软件逆向反求出曲面,导入UG NX 7.0软件生成各部件实体,装配成整体,最后在ANSYS12.0软件定义材料属性以及网格划分。结果建立了上颌第一恒磨牙的高精度有限元模型。结论 Micro-CT技术结合逆向工程软件是一种便捷、有效建立高精度有限元模型的方法。Objective To rapidly and effectually construct three-dimensional finite element(FEA)model of the human maxillary first molar tooth of high quality.Methods Human maxillary first molar in vitro was scanned by Micro-CT.The scanned images were imported to the Mimics 10.01 software to gain the point cloud of the contour.The data of point cloud were converted into the NURBS toroidal by Geomagic Studio 10 software.Then entities were produced and assembled into a entirety by UG NX 7.0 software.Finally according to the attributes of the material,the whole three-dimensional finite element model was created by ANSYS 12.0 software.Results The 3D FEA model of the maxillary first molar was constructed.Conclusions The combination of Micro-CT technique with the reverse engineering software is an effective way of the reconstruction of 3D FEA model of tooth.
