摘 要:目的利用全容积实时三维超声心动技术测量肥厚型心肌病的左室射血分数(IVEF),同时与应用M型、双平面simpson法测量的相比较,评价各方法间测量结果的差异和临床应用价值。方法运用实时全容积三维超声心动(Full-volume RT-3DE)、M型、2D心尖四腔切面图及二维双平面simpson's法检测31例肥厚型心肌病的左室射血分数,并进行统计学分析。结果 M型方法的左室射血分数(72.59±8.88)%,二维双平面slmpsor's法的左室射血分数(56.66±10.59)%,三维超声的左室射血分数(49.31±4.61)%。结论 M型超声心动技术不适合作为临床上评价肥厚型心肌病患者心功能的常规手段,实时三维超声心动图可能更准确反映肥厚型心肌病患者左心室收缩功能。Objective To compare the values of ejection fraction (LVEF) and End Diastolic Volume (LVEDV) of left ventricle in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy patients by Full Volume Real time Three-dimensional, M-mode and Two-dimensional Echocardiography. Methods Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy patients were examined by M mode, Two-dimensional,and Rea^time Three-dimensional Echocardiography, the results of LVFE and LVEDV of the three methods were compared by One-Way ANOVA analysis. Results The LVEF of M-mode, two-dimensional biplane simpson's method, and RT-3D echocardiography were (72.59±8.88)%, (56.66±10.59)%,and (49.31 ±4.61)%, respectively (P〈0.00). Conclusions M mode echocardiography is not proper as a widely used tool to evaluate LVEF and LVEDV of HCM. Full-volume Real-time Three-dimensional echocardiography could evaluate left ventrieular systolic function more accurately.
