摘  要:目的应用超声影像技术研究重复股浅静脉变异与下肢深静脉血栓的关联并探讨重复股浅静脉变异导致下肢深静脉血栓形成的可能机制。方法 (1)对所有患者行双下肢静脉连续超声扫查,比较血栓组与对照组重复股浅静脉的出现率是否存在差异;(2)对正常组存在重复股浅静脉变异的下肢,测量重复股浅静脉的总横截面积和远端股浅静脉单干的横截面积,比较上述两者的横截面积是否存在差异;测量重复股浅静脉主干和远端股浅静脉单干的平均血流速度,比较上述两者的血流速度是否存在差异。结果 (1)DVT组与对照组对比,两组重复股浅静脉出现率有显著性差异(P<0.05);(2)正常组存在重复股浅静脉变异的下肢其重复股浅静脉的总横截面积与股浅静脉单干的横截面积以及重复股浅静脉主干的平均血流速度与远端股浅静脉单干的平均血流速度均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 (1)重复股浅静脉解剖变异与DVT的发生密切相关,DVT患者重复股浅静脉的出现率明显高于正常人群。(2)多根血管的存在并没有使重复股浅静脉系统两端的横截面积和血流速度出现显著的差异,Gin-Chung Liu提出的假设并不成立。Objective To study the correlation between variation of the duplicated superficial femoral veins and deep vein thrombosis and to discuss the mechanism of variation of the duplicated superficial femoral veins leading to deep vein thrombosis of lower limb. Methods (1) Bilateral lower limb veins of all subjects were successively scanned by color doppler diasonography. DVT group was compared to control group to evaluate whether there is a different fre- quency of the duplicated superficial femoral veins between these two groups. (2) In normal control group with duplica- ted superficial femoral veins, cross section area was measured to compare the variance of the total cross section area of the duplicated superficial femoral veins with cross section area of single ramus of the distant superficial femoral veins. Blood flow rate of the distant superficial femoral veins and the trunk of proximate duplicated veins were meas- ured to compare whether there is difference of the blood flow rate between the two sides. Results (1)The difference of duplicated superficial femoral veins frequency between DVT group and normal control group is statistically significant (P^0.05). (2) Statistical results indicated that there was not significant deviation between the total cross section area of the duplicated superficial femoral veins and cross section area of the distant superficial femoral veins(P^0.05). Statistical results indicated that there was not significant deviation between blood flow rate of the distant superficial femoral veins and that of the trunk of proximate duplicated veins(P〉0.05). Conclusions (1) Duplication of the super- ficial femoral veins strongly correlated with the DVT. The incidence of duplicated superficial femoral veins anomalies in the patient with DVT is significant higher than normal population. (2) Multiple vessels did not effect the bilateral cross section area and blood flow rate of the duplicated superficial femoral veins significantly. The hypothesis of "duplic
