超声测量胎儿脐带动静脉内径的正常参考值

摘　　要：目的建立胎儿脐动脉及脐静脉内径的正常参考值,作为脐血管内径异常时的诊断参照指标。方法经腹及经阴道超声测量346例中晚孕期正常胎儿脐动脉及脐静脉内径,并进行统计分析。结果初步得出中晚孕期各孕月正常胎儿脐动脉及脐静脉内径的参考值范围。脐动脉及脐静脉随着孕周增加而增长,其内径与孕周呈高度正相关(脐动脉r=0.815,脐静脉r=0.906,P均=0.000),而脐带动脉与静脉内径比值与孕周呈负相关(r=—0.455,P=0.000)。脐动脉与脐静脉两者间呈明显正相关(r=0.893,P=0.000)。结论正常胎儿脐动脉及脐静脉内径的变化遵循胎儿发育的规律。Objective To establish normal reference value of the diameter of fetal umbilical artery and vein as a diagnostic index in abnomal diameter of fetal umbilical blood vessels. Methods A total of 346 eases of mid-late trimes ter pregnancies were detected by transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound. Results The diameter of um- bilical artery and vein increased with gestational age, and its diameter was positively correlated with gestational age （r=0. 815,P=0. 000;r=0. 906 （P=0. 000）, The ratio of umbilical artery and vein showed a negative correlation（r=-0.455,P=0.000）, the diameter of umbilical artery and vein showed a positive correlation（r：0.893,P 0.000）. Conclusions The changes of the diameter of fetal umbilical artery and vein follow the law of fetal development.
