摘　　要：目的观察寰枕后膜推拿松解术对寰枕后间隙的影响。方法观察30例寰枕后膜挛缩症的患者使用寰枕后膜推拿松解术治疗对寰枕后间隙的影响情况。结果治疗组30例患者,在寰枕后间隙间距改善率上明显高于对照组。结论寰枕后膜推拿松解术可通过松解挛缩的寰枕后膜从而使寰枕后间隙间距恢复,降低局部内压,以缓解临床症状。Objective To observe the effect of manipulation and lysis on posterior atlantooccipital membrane on posterior atlantooccipital diastem.Mathods 30 cases with posterior atlantooccipital membrane contracture were cured by manipulation and lysis on posterior atlantooccipital membrane.To observe the differents of posterior atlantooccipital diastem before and after treatment.Results The improvement rate on posterior atlantooccipital diastem were obviously different between contral group and contrast group.Conclusion Manipulation and lysis on posterior atlantooccipital membrane may release clinical symptom by slackenelachen the contracture of posterior atlantooccipital membrane,recovering the interval,and depressing region pressure.
